With support from Longhedge and Old Sarum residents, the group (PEAG) met at The Skies Café on January 14 to plan a set of actions that will help the parish council improve and progress local environmental projects such as the planting of trees through the Queen’s Green Canopy Award, monitoring the condition of local footpaths, open spaces, plus mapping trails, walks and cycle routes for residents. The group will meet monthly and there will be walking tours of our open spaces.
All local residents are welcome to join. The next meeting will be in February 2023 email laineybarker@laverstock-ford.co.uk for details or to register your interest.
