Acts of Remembrance
This coming November, we see a series of events giving residents an opportunity to reflect on sacrifices made in times of conflict and on the importance of Peace. Do join us if you can to remember the fallen, those who made sacrifices and those who strive to bring peace where there is division.

On Saturday 08, Tim Cornish invites you to join him for a short Tour of Military Graves at the London Road Cemetery from 10:00hrs. For people who would like to learn more about Old Sarum personnel. Meet at the Cemetery gates at 9.50 am
On Sunday 09, Boscombe Down Aviation Collection invites you to join them for an act of Remembrance. Meeting at BDAC 13:45hrs for a 14:00hrs start, with Bugler and RAF Padre, Sqn Ldr Rebekah Cannon from Boscombe Down attending. Laying of wreaths and reflections will be made.
On Tuesday 11, you are welcome to join members of the Parish Council for an informal outdoor reflection on Peace and Sacrifice at the Memorial at the Castle Hill Country Park, overlooking the Old Sarum Airfield. Meet at the Tree Stump Memorial, on the Path leading up from the Castle Gate new development entrance, for the laying of a wreath and a few brief words. 10.45 am
