to make the Orders
RTRA 1984 Section 1 (1)
(a) (c) For avoiding danger to persons or other traffic using the road or any other road or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising; For facilitating the passage on the road or any other road of any class of traffic (including pedestrians). As a result of concerns raised by the Town Parishes regarding the safety of pupils, Southern Local Highway and Footway Group have successfully bid for funding to introduce School Keep Clears in various locations. To ensure that opposing vehicles can pass, and visibility for pupils navigating the street is maintained.
